I tried to book twice, but the site kept sending me in circles and I couldn’t tell if I was doing something wrong or if it was just glitchy. After about 20 minutes, I gave up. It also had that kind of “no real person there” feeling, like if you got stuck, you were just on your own.

We flew with Air Maui and the timing was frustrating. We showed up early like they told us to, then ended up just sitting around with almost no clear updates. The delay kept getting pushed back, and it felt like nobody really wanted to explain what was going on.

The weird part is, I totally understand weather delays happen, but this didn’t really feel like that. It felt more like the schedule was poorly handled from the start. It ended up messing up the rest of our plans, and for what we paid, I expected a smoother experience. I probably wouldn’t book again if timing was important

I stopped by expecting a normal, friendly experience, but the staff didn’t really give off that vibe. The way they interacted with me felt a bit cold, and it made the visit less comfortable than it could’ve been.

The views were really pretty, but the whole ride felt a bit rushed and didn’t quite live up to what I was expecting. A friend had recommended it to me, so maybe my hopes were too high, but it ended up feeling kind of meh overall.

The flight itself was nice enough, smooth ride, no real complaints that I can remember. the main thing that sticks out is that it felt a bit expensive for what it was. I’m sure there were a few small pros and cons, but overall I just remember it being fine, maybe not totally worth the price.

Check-in was okay overall, but it did feel a little disorganized at the start. We ended up waiting longer than we expected, and it wasn’t super clear where we were supposed to go at first. The staff were friendly once someone helped us, so that part was good. I just wish the beginning had been a bit smoother. Did anyone else have the same issue?

I booked this because the website made it sound like the experience would be smooth and professional, but that’s not really what I got. The pilot came across dismissive when talking to people, and everything felt rushed. I was a bit confused because the website says one thing, but the actual experience felt totally different. For what it costs, I expected better communication and basic courtesy. I wouldn’t book again.

Overall, it was a good route around the island and we got to see a lot of the main spots. I did feel a little disappointed that a few places were left out, though. Still, it was a decent experience and a nice way to get a feel for the area.

The flight was a lot rougher than I expected. I know bad weather can cause turbulence, but since it never really calmed down, I stayed tense the whole time. Because of that, I just didn’t enjoy the trip and probably wouldn’t book again

In my experience, the views were probably the best part of the ride, but the helicopter itself just wasn’t comfortable. The seats felt really tight to me, there wasn’t much leg room, and I felt kind of stuck in an awkward position the whole time. By the end, I was just ready to get out. If comfort matters to you, I personally wouldn’t say it’s worth it.

From what I remember, we had to cancel our flight last minute because our plans changed, and I was a little nervous about how the refund would go. Air Maui got back to us fairly quickly and took care of processing it, which I appreciated. It did take a few days before the money actually showed up on my card, so I’d probably give it 4 stars for that reason. Overall though, it felt fair and handled well

The flight itself was fine, but my seat was toward the middle/back and I could barely see anything. Just heads and shoulders in the way most of the time. Frustrating. I felt like I paid full price and still spent the whole ride trying to look around people. The views definitely weren’t what I expected from where I was sitting...

We didn’t really know what was happening until the last minute, which made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be. I kept worrying we were going to miss connections or lose time unnecessarily just because we didn’t have clear info sooner. A few earlier, more straightforward updates would’ve made a big difference.

I paid extra for the photo and video package, i felt disappointed when I saw the results. The pictures were blurry and seemed badly timed, and the video quality felt really outdated. For what I paid, I was expecting something much better, so it was kind of upsetting
